Our principals, Richard Buckley and Linda Montemarano, have more
than 30 years combined experience in the construction/consulting
industries. For more than 15 years, their varied professional
backgrounds have successfully resolved code issues to the mutual
satisfaction of the New York Building Department as well as our
clients.
Over the years we have been assisting scores of
building owners and professionals in solving the problems
that come with filing construction projects throughout the
five boroughs.
Our diversity and flexibility also enables

Department of Transportation, and the Transit Authority.
